At Flakes, we want you to love your glow, but if a product isn't the right fit for your skin, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original packaging and at least 75% full to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the beauty products back into their original shipping box, ensuring the caps are tightly sealed to prevent leaking during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
